I recently had my truck serviced at Ez Truck Repair, and overall it was a solid experience. The staff was professional and took the time to explain what was going on with my truck in a way that actually made sense. They diagnosed the issue quickly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciated. The turnaround time was reasonable, and the quality of the work felt reliable—my truck has been running smoothly since the visit. Pricing was fair compared to other shops I’ve dealt with, and there were no surprise charges at the end. Customer service stood out the most. They kept me updated throughout the process and were easy to communicate with. If there’s anything to improve, it would be the wait time during busy hours, but that’s pretty common for good shops. Overall, I’d recommend Ez Truck Repair if you’re looking for honest service and dependable work.
